Getting started

Enrolling your child with Skooleez OSHC is easy!

 

  1. REGISTER with My Family Lounge, an independent portal for childcare providers and parents.
  2. SIGN-IN to your My Family Lounge account.
  3. ENROL your child at Skooleez OSHC through your My Family Lounge account.

STEP 1

To start your Skooleez OSHC enrolment, click on the REGISTER button in the My Family Lounge Parent Sign-In form above and create a My Family Lounge account.

You will be prompted to create a password and sign in to your My Family Lounge account where you’ll be asked for some information about yourself and your child.

If you already have a My Family Lounge account, please proceed to Step 2. Your My Family Lounge account is transferable from service to service.

STEP 2

When your registration with My Family Lounge is complete, you can begin the enrolment process with Skooleez OSHC once you SIGN IN to My Family Lounge account.

You’ll be asked which of our services you’d like to enrol for and you’ll tell us a bit about you and your child.

On completion of this process, your child will automatically be placed on our waitlist.

STEP 3

Once we’ve received your enrolment information, we’ll get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your needs and our availability.

If we have a spot, we will advise you of our offer.

To accept the offer, SIGN IN to your My Family Lounge account, view the details and submit the enrolment form online to confirm your child’s spot.

For your convenience, we encourage you to download the My Family Lounge App to manage and secure casual bookings and absent days, as well as view your child’s portfolio and photos 24 hours a day.

Prior to using the App you will need to complete the registration process for your My Family Lounge account.

The free App is available for both Android and Apple devices. Simply go to the Play or App store and search ‘My Family Lounge’.
